There are foods that are good and should be part of your diet to maintain or achieve clear skin. Foods that contain lots of antioxidants, vitamins, are the best nutrition that gives you clear, acne free and beautiful looking skin. Eating organic and fresh, unprocessed food as much as possible eliminates the harm chemicals bring to your skin. Chemicals and pesticides cause build up of toxins in the body and strain the liver. Cows are often injected with loads of hormones and antibiotics which are very destructive to your body. When you eat too much food that is rich in carbohydrates, your pancreas has to increase its insulin production. This results in damaged cells and collagen, resulting in wrinkles formation and sagging of the skin. Alcohol can also cause skin breakouts.
